Los Acustilocos

Los Acustilocos is a vocal and instrumental ensemble with a diverse repertoire of original, folkloric and popular music encompasing many different languages including Spanish, English, French and Italian, and an array of different Caribbean and Latin rhythms. Born in 1999 as a workshop for musicians to learn from each other and realize their original compositions, Los Acustilocos evolved into a tightly knit group with a unique sound incorporating diverse musical elements.

First and formost a group of friends, Los Acustilocos brings this spirit into their music. The members of Los Acustilocos hail from Venezuela, France, The United States, Russia and the Czech Republic. Their debut album includes 9 original songs in four languages featuring percussion, flute, guitar, acoustic bass, Venezuelan cuatro and vocals.
